i-Lab
The i-Lab provides a creative space that takes users out of their everyday working environment. Offering inspiring surroundings, collaborative software and expert facilitation, the i-Lab can help with many situations from team-building and problem-solving to strategic planning and brainstorming.
An oval room with whiteboard walls, the i-Lab is fully equipped with networked computers and wallmounted plasma screens. Lighting and background sound can be controlled to create the right ambience and help users to harness their skills and work towards finding a solution.
What’s in it for you?
The i-Lab has been designed to help you and your team to think clearly and imaginatively.
It can help you to complete complex tasks quickly and efficiently in ways that include and motivate everyone taking part. Guaranteeing anonymity, the i-Lab software encourages innovative and courageous thinking. Similarly, it organises and prioritises the ideas that you generate, keeping a record of the process and highlighting areas where the group differs and where it agrees.
Who can use the i-Lab?
The i-Lab has been designed to encourage everyone to think positively and creatively. Some groups will make extensive use of the technology that the i-Lab offers, others will take a more low-tech approach.
The i-Lab can be as simple or as sophisticated as you need it to be. The i-Lab is suitable for groups up to 12 people from any organisation, company or institution that could benefit from clear, creative thinking.
How a session works
You can plan and run your own session, but if you would like to use the technology the i-Lab offers, you will need to work with one of our skilled facilitators. Planning your visit in advance is essential and we are here to help you to get the most from your time in the i-Lab. The only limitation on its use is your imagination.
