How a one-man-band rose to become entrepreneur of the year with the help of The Nucleus.

Website and video production company The Creation Lab was launched in early 2010 by entrepreneur Matt Soper. The company has since grown to employ six people, offering a wide variety of services including web development, virtual tours, SMS marketing, content writing, social media and video production. Clients include the NHS, English Heritage, Thames Valley Police, P&O Ferries and Flybe Airlines. Matt’s success was celebrated in 2013 when he was chosen as the Entrepreneur of the Year at the Dartford and Gravesham Business Awards.

“I was keen to rent office space as I wasn’t sure I’d have the motivation to work from home! I needed somewhere which didn’t tie me in to a long lease and gave me the flexibility to upgrade or downgrade as necessary. I found what I needed at The Nucleus.”

Matt says he has no plans to change location any time soon, and is very happy to work from the Nucleus where his business is free to continue its outstanding growth.
