Founded in 2020 by Okan Ozyamaci and Sezer Ozyamaci, K&A Chartered Surveyors is a firm of Chartered Building Surveyors regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Based in Dartford and new customers at the Nucleus, the team provides surveying and property consultancy services across Kent, London, Essex, Surrey, Sussex and the surrounding areas.
