"I thought I’ll introduce myself! My name is Zoe, I am 25 years old and have a huge passion for helping people achieve their goals and become the best version of themselves 
I started my health and weight-loss journey 3 years ago. I was in a really low place in my life, physically and mentally. I would binge eat, wasn’t comfortable in my own skin and I wasn’t getting the nutrients that my body needed. Fast forward to today, I’m nourishing my body with good nutrition, I’m confident within myself and I’ve got a stronger mindset
I’ve been helping people the 2 years with their health and wellness online and I’m so grateful I can now start helping people face" to face and build a really strong supportive community
