Established in 2020 by Mr. Okan Ozyamaci BSc (Hons) MRICS and Mrs Sezer Ozyamaci, the company was founded with a clear vision:

Since our inception, the business has experienced steady growth over the past six years, welcoming new team members and expert consultants. Our company is built on a strong reputation for professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent customer service.

A significant proportion of our work comes from returning clients and referrals, reflecting the trust and satisfaction we consistently achieve. Our client base is diverse and includes, but is not limited to, charities, the National Health Service (NHS), educational institutions, legal professionals, property developers, estate agents, local authorities, and private property purchasers.

We offer a comprehensive range of surveying services, including Level 2 (HomeBuyer) and Level 3 (Building) Surveys, as well as specialist services such as Party Wall matters, Schedules of Condition, Schedules of Dilapidations, Reinstatement Cost Assessments (Valuations), Project Management, Architectural Drawings and Drone Surveys. By combining traditional surveying expertise with modern technology, we are able to provide accurate, efficient, and insightful reporting.
