The Nucleus achieves 100% customer satisfaction rating
Top rating for the fifth year in a row
The Nucleus has once again achieved a 100% customer satisfaction rating in Oxford Innovation Space’s annual customer survey, marking the fifth consecutive year the centre has received top marks from its customers.
The survey provides valuable insight into what matters most to the businesses that call The Nucleus home. This year’s feedback highlighted three clear strengths:
- The professionalism and dedication of the centre team,
- The supportive business community, and,
- The welcoming environment that helps businesses thrive.
Customers consistently praised the team’s friendly, professional and helpful approach, with many recognising the difference that personalised support makes to their day-to-day experience. Others highlighted the sense of community, the flexibility of the workspace and the opportunity to build valuable connections through networking events.
One customer commented:
“The centre manager and team will always go above and beyond for any issue or query that may arise, and we also really enjoy the networking events.”
Another said:
“The environment is professional and helps both focus and communication.”
The survey also asked customers what attracted them to The Nucleus in the first place. The most common reasons included the centre’s convenient location and transport links, flexible workspace options, business support and the strong sense of community.
While there were a handful of suggestions for future improvements, many respondents simply said they wouldn’t change a thing.
